Don't want to open it up.. To much work if I can keep it stock...Besides I have a deal pending now...I was told it will ship on Mon. That's good enough for me...

Not sure what happened to him, he has been a little quiet lately, not as many posts as usual. He did a nice job on this muffler and his design and work has improved a lot since his first couple of muffler mods. His thinking has been swayed a bit also if you read some of his earlier posts compared to what he is doing now.

I matched it up with the one from my 038 only diff the side chain tensioner hole...

Yep, and it looks like that hole has been added because of the stiffner between the bar nut holes. That isnt original, but it works!

Nice work even, I'm going to have to try the angled drill holes!! and square tube. Check the depot but didn't have anything good. I need to go to the metal yard soon.

I do want one of the heavy duty (west coast) covers. I thought I saw in the ipl a smaller cover (east coast) as well and just assumed that was the one I had...

Yea for one thing, I think I had some effect on his thinking on that and on the layout and design of the deflectors. Nice job on yours and kudos to Evan for his improved workmanship.

and yes pionner guys swayed me some, i still wont do a dualport on the front cover, i want it to to be directed to the front cover then come out the side ports
