I have a 204222 022 coil any ideas on replacements?

That`s not a Stihl part no. or series identification number. Which model, year of manufacture, serial number of the machine is it? We need more input to help you.

The number on the coil isn't a Stihl part number.

It's a Bosch part number. Pretty sure it's OEM then.

Okay I'm playing guess the saw here because you really haven't given us all that much to work with,
but I believe your saw is a 050, 051, 076 or a TS510. If that's the case then you would have to look for a coil with the following OEM reference:

You wouldn't happen to know a cross reference number for the carburetor on a 051 sthil chainsaw?

Yeah it's a Tillotson HS-60D. STIHL has them under the following part number :

That HS-60D (nla date 2007) was superseded to the Walbro WJ-112A.
