Stihl 011 - too much oil?

Hello,
I've got a Stihl 011 that I think is putting out too much bar oil.
The chain is sharp and almost brand new.
I've got an oil/wood mess that is clogging up.
Is there something to adjust when it comes to how much oil its spitting out.
I am just starting to work on chainsaws...so everything is pretty new right now.

when the saw runs out of gas is there still some oil left in the tank?

The 011 just gushes oil... and does it when the saw idles also. NOoadjustment.

Is this the same with the 009L? I've got a real low hour one that throws oil all over the place. Still has a little left when it runs out of gas though...

There is still oil left over in the tank when the gas runs out.

From what I am getting, this thing just likes to spit out the oil, huh?
