Try taking the inside clutch cover off, clean really well with carb cleaner, then put it back together. Start it, run it for a short period with the chain spinning. Then quickly take the bar/chain off and the inside clutch cover off and see where its coming from. My guess is the gasket between the oil pump and case.

Could also be the pump itself, the gear seal, or the bar maybe not sealing the oil outlet orifice.
