stihl 031 drops power

I replaced the diaphrams in the carb and replaced both fuel lines. I was able to get it idleing well, but when I get it to full speed its fine for about 5 seconds then dies out. I adjusted the high speed screw in and out and can't seem to find a good setting. Any suggestions.

Try the fuel filter.
Sounds like it's cavitating the line.

Ignition. Get an inline sparktester and watch the spark when it starts acting up.

I pulled the filter & looks fine I thought about replacing the line in tank.

I don't know if it makes any difference but its a 031AV

Im not sure either but I have seen lots of saws,not just 031s, act like that and sometimes its fuel related and sometimes its ignition related. Repairing the fuel system seems to be the easiest way to go,and probably is but the spark should be looked at too. I use an inline tester and can isolate the problem right away. Besides youve just gone through the entire fuel system and its still not running right.
