Stihl 031 with a fiber centrifigal clutch and the other a steel.

I have several stihl 031av and noticed 2 of the three have metal clutch shoes and the other one has a fiber lined clutch shoe. Whats better? why do they have different clutches. Did stihl make it an option of which cluch you wanted. thanks

Fibre was original style all metal was revised part. All metal is what I would use the fibre had a tendancy to disintegrate.
