There are actually 3 adjustments. Just set your H and L screws to their initial setting to get yourself back in the ballpark, and then you can try turning yourr idle screw clockwise a bit to increse the idle speed.
If it still doesn't want to idle, dig in a little deeper and clean your air filter, and check your fuel line and in tank filter.
