Want to Buy Stihl 044 / MS440

This is my first post to the forum even though I've been on here getting great info for months. I'm looking for a Stihl 044 or MS440 to handle the bigger wood I run across cutting firewood and on the farm. I'd prefer a clean, strong running saw but I'm not opposed to a project one with a bad top end or something. Willing to pay fair value just depending on the condition. Please post what you have or send me a message. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply Leo, that's sure a slick saw you have there and worth it. I'm going to try holding off for a 044/440. I'll definitely keep yours in mind.
