Super nice Stihl 046 built in 1999. That means it has the sought after d port cylinder. Saw is very low hour and had original bar on it when I bought it. Hard to find a 046 with d port cylinder in this kind of shape. Pictured with 20" es bar. Asking $650 as pictured with bar and chain or $600 pho plus shipping.

super nice saw!

Tnshaker is a great guy to buy from. I bought a 461 from him right around Christmas and it was as described and he shipped it right to tree monkey before I even got my hands on it to see how it would run stock. If I didn't buy the 461 I would be all over this one.

For whatever reason the site will not let me start a conversation! Ive tried and tried. Is this saw all stock/oem?

This baby is all stock OEM as far as I can tell without taking it apart. The previous owner said that he owned the saw for ten years and only used it to clear dead trees off his property and did not even use it for firewood.

I can drop the saw off with mastermind or wicked work saw for free and save shipping costs. Or I can arrange for my brother to port it at a very nice price as well as he does excellent port work.

He does some stuff that is kinda new in race engines as he built a national championship pulling motor...among many pulling truck motors.

Everybody has different methods and he chooses not to run a lot of compression.....most state of the art pulling motors run a lot less compression now than 3 or 4 years ago to utilize rpm....to much compression equals less rpm. He does some base gasket deletes and will do some cutting squish bands if a customer insists.

I am no way saying his work is superior to randy or terry or brad...trust those guys are the top porters in the world in my mind among a few other on as.....but he does quality work and is just a good person in general.
