Stihl 051 chip deflector??

So I finally had time to do some cutting with the 051. The chips blow up into my face when i cut. I think im missing a part. There is 2 bosses and 1 of the muffler cover mounts doesnt have anything to screw into.

Looks to me as someone has added a non OEM muffler and the original cover didn't fit so they spacered it out. Pull that cover if you have time and get some muffler pics. Wasn't aware of chinesium mufflers for those old saws. But I do believe two different style OEM mufflers. GL

That was an oe muffler i got from a member here. But it was way wider then my oe muffler. He sent me pics of it mounted on his with spacers oe style.

Id say this is what the saw is missing. Did enough searching
