In germany I can't find this part.

I need the end number 1907.

This part no does not exist anymore. It is no longer availible since 1993.

He needs a double mount for a full wrap handlebar. That one is for a standard handlebar. They are hard to find. Somebody needs to re-pop them.

Just i need a sealing ring
1111 799 0500 .
