I was looking for a 390xp or 395xp, but then I came across this old beast... What is the value of a 066 in this shape?

Thanks

Nice looking flat top.

Don't know if $750 is good?

What do P/C look like?

Haven't looked at it yet all I have are the pictures. The saw is an hour away and I wasn't sure what the value is. The guy claims he didn't use it much.. To me 750 is a lot, but then you see one on eBay beat up with the current bid at 600 ....

I got my 066, ~25 years ago, a package deal with a complete logosol chainsaw mill. Logosol sold M5 mills back then. $2400 USD w/066 and other goodies1 logosol.png.

The mill is substantial . Not an Alaskan or Ganberg. It is going strong like the 066 ++20 years

750 is fair, assuming runs as it should & all parts are OEM. The 066 is more desirable than the 660 IMO.
That said, the 394/5 is potentially better for milling. I have a 661, 394, and a minty low hour 660 I just got. the 394 has the best oiler, 661 best egronomics & since broken in with 80 gallons of fuel rivals the 394 and possibly beats it for power & certainly limbing.
394 spends 99% it's time on the mill, 661 spends its time being used on and off the mill.
660 most vibration. I ha ven't used the 660 much yet, so don't know how it sits power wise with the other two.
