hi,i have two 08s, both have the points system,one had no spark,renewed condenser and points,still no spark,removed points and put back old ones with slightly less points gap,spark returned and it started,other one no spark but will give you a kick if you short out plug to earth while holding plug,it also still gives a shock when you turn off cut out,any ideas,thanks in advance.

Look under and round the points, there must be a little piece of steel, like off a screw head, shorting the points to the block.
