I don't seem to be getting enough oil out of my "standard" oiler, especially with my 25 and 32" bar. Chain is dry and only <1/2 tank of oil / tank of fuel. FWIW, it's a ported saw with the regular oiler. Is there a way "clean" out the oiler to see if it's clogged up. I have checked all of the posts about putting in a high-output oiler, but I would like to make sure my standard oiler is performing optimally before I give up on it. Any advice is appreciated.

You can pull it apart and see if it's gunked up. There's a roll pin to drive out and then the control bolt ckmes up and the piston slides out. You can mod yours to outflow the HO from the factory with a dremel and files.
Instructions, pictures, manuals, etc? Sounds like a fun project. Worst case, I mess up and have to put a new HO oiler in.

Were the 460's higher output? If so, how much you want for it?
Not particularly. Identical to the one in your 461.

Keeping it simple, the shoulder on the control bolt can be ground back so it turns further. Makes the plunger travel further on the lobe of the bolt.

Roll pin for disassembly. Control bolt then comes out. Pull/twist brass bushing out gently with pliers, its pressed in. Plunger then comes out, retain washers and spring.

Grind down shoulder of control bolt so it turns further clockwise, gaining a taller position on lobe. This makes the plunger travel further in and out, more capacity.

If that doesn't suit your needs, the lower slope on the plunger can be ground lower for more travel also.

HOLEY WAH! I just got off the phone with my local Stihl dealer and he quoted me $100.49 for the HO oiler. Guess I'm back to DIY.
for what its worth you don't need the whole pump...you can just get a new piston pump and control bolt from the wrap model oil pump setup. 1128 647 0602 for piston and 1128 647 4803 for control bolt...maybe want a new roll pin if you mess it up taking it out. 9380 620 1090.
