Lately when I have started my sh85 blower (choke, prime, pull, pop, off choke, 2 pulls start) starts up fine, let idle for a minute, rev it up, it bogs down a tad, let off gas, throddle again, fine then bogs again, repeat cycle for a while (5 min or so), then its completely fine.

None of my other stihls do this (br600, km55r, ms180c, fs90r, ms290).

How can I fix this? Plug is clean, air filter clean, fresh gas/oil mix (stihl low smoke oil).

I have never cleaned spark screen on muffler (does it even have one), never chaned fuel filter (had this blower about 5 yerars.

If it has a low mixture screw turn it counter clockwise a little and snap the throttle. Keep doing this untill it will open up quick. If not there is something else wrong like you mentioned, could be a number of things.

I had the exact same problem with mine. Took me a while to find it but it turned out to be a blocked spark screen.
It's located on the muffler. Where the exhaust exits the muffler you will see a short pipe with a hex around it. Get a spanner & undo this short threaded pipe & after you extract it you will see the cylindrical spark screen which is attached to it when you extract it from the muffler.
Mine blocked before I started using fuel satabiliser but it has not done it since.
