Sweet Potatoes

After the harvest, they get sweeter if stored for a few weeks in a dark dry place.

How much did that one weigh? I have grown some large ones.

I have many that are 12.5 pounds. Not trying to make them that big, --- it just happens.
Not planting many this year, --- not able to dig them.
