Tach PET 304

Bought this tach approx 6 mo ago, a Pet 304, it can be used with or without the power lead adapter, forgot I even had it. Anybody have any experience with this brand good, bad, or indifferent .
Thought I would play around with it over the next few weeks.

That's the one I use. I get a little higher reading with the wire.

Was yours like 50-100 rpm's more, or was it greater than that.

I think it was more like 100-200 rpm difference.

100-200 sure don't mean too much to me. Maybe I'm nuts?

I use the same one. Mine says Husqvarna on it so it always reads a few 100 RPM higher
