Why all the Husky gear, when he's running an 090? Seems... odd.

Ok that simple to answer, Ricko runs a few different Husqvarna's but will not move away from that 90, he has had years of success with that saw.
He is a genuine 090 specialist.

I see, sort of. Seems that he would have at least some Stihl stuff hanging on him if that is the case though. By genuine 090 specialist, I presume you are referring to the saw being a real Stihl, rather than a genuine imitation knock-off chicom fake POS? Do they have a Chicom saw class in those saws races down under? Here at GTGs they have a thing for modified Wild Thing saw races. I dunno why. I had a new WT once, and sold it w/o ever putting a drop of gas in it. I guess it amuses people.

Yea I do agree mate, no need for that but this idiot pisses a lot of people off. He's been banned many times here but the **** still fly's daily and has been for many years.
I tried to find that old thread where bob posted himself as a poor old drunken aboriginal standing beside a old falcon with a big bottle of beer in hand. (pathetic but most people don't actually know him so believe him to be genuine) some response's he got were quiet sympathetic.

Yes genuine down to the starter cord, I guess if someone offered **** Chinese parts big noting them selves ricko would simple tell him to F##K OFF.
Our style of racing is organised, practiced and has formal rules and is a network of scheduled events spanning from northern NSW to northern QLD.
I have never been involved with a saw get together, we don't do that here.
As for bob, he has no involvement, no impute, or credibility in our competitive racing fraternity.
