Hey Guys,
I think I may have started something I cant stop with my girls climbing since introducing them to using the blakes hitch.

Would something like this be ok as a basic harness see here
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Pro-Str...m=162182179511&_trksid=p2385738.c100677.m4598
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Pro-Str...m=162182179511&_trksid=p2385738.c100677.m4598
or should I look at this instead.

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Pro-Saf...282524111948?_trksid=p2385738.m4383.l4275.c10

Or am I wasting my time, and should I just go to an arborist shop and get something of quality ?

appreciate your thoughts/ advice if the ebay ones are pretty good, or pretty crap etc.

they'd be great rigs at that price get one of each style save your money on full on Arb harness they cost a bomb $5-600 and upwards and not likely yet to return investment value.

The one with side D clips be handy when ascend and need change position or rope so need a flipline secure off etc the basic one be good trainer and ground belay safety.

Thanks, just wanted to make sure I was not looking at getting something that was questionable china safety.
Was hesitant to buy any climbing rope from there as well preferring to save and follow up where you suggested before, tho 30mts for 45 is tempting.

Buy cheap get cheap, sometimes... Often the case . Maybe like hanging around in a tree like cheap teabag vs a Lipton lol, snap

i use to use ones that look like both when i was a kid.

Mines 17months, she LOVESSSS Ute's, Tractors, Quads, dirtbike, daddy's gun gun gun, sheep and cows.. And adores her German shepherd big bro

Eldest was 3 when she started on a 49cc quad, damn thing went like a scalded cat.
She started off slow, but it wasnt too long till she was power sliding past the shed, then it was time to put her on 2 wheels.
She loved the 2 stroke, could just wind it out, had to educate her on the use of a 4 stroke, and how you dont rev it so hard.

Also taught both girls how to dress poultry and game too. Paddock to Plate :).

Muscle memory and repeatability help with consistent groups, or consistently bad groups :)
I tend to use the level in setting up the scope, not seen one of those before, am a bit out of date with all the latest gadgets.

Must get out one of these days and find a load that suits the new crown.

Thats right, its a far better environment than the relatives in the city. And I like the more conservative community out here too. too many idiots per sq km in the city for my liking.

Edited to add.
We had rabbits nibbling our new trees in the orchard, so was on bunny patrol. Girls spotted several whilst waiting for the school bus, so inside they go, and out I go, got 4 just like that. It was a golden moment when the bus finally arrived, and they hold up some of the rabbits to the bus driver informing him they wont be nibbling our new trees, rest of school bus is quite impressed as well.
Imagine that in the city, you would have black vans swat teams and helicopters and some current affair do gooder doing no good, and a bus driver off on stress leave or something.

oh dont get me started.
