The saw is model 917.351781 according to the tag. It was made by Roper. Parts diagram on sears parts site

The 1-70 series, 1-80 series and 1-90 series of saws all have no service manual.
Attached are 2 McCulloch publication guides that show the models ipl, owner's manual and shop manual numbers.
Ask in the McCulloch Chain Saws thread. Someone will know about the coils.

Don't see an ipl. Not sure if it is a Homelite , Shindiawa, or Redmax rebranding.
