Champ Universal 160cc

Model Profile: Champ Universal

The kart guys down under liked these engines.

Interesting, never seen that one before.

My buddy's got a 3120 if you ever make it down. We've put it up against an 084 & an 880 and the Stihl were left wanting:rock:

Now Strumpet. Lets not forget the Husky was running a 36" bar and my 084 was running a 47. Still looked good anyway. Fun to run too!!!:hmm3grin2orange:

Somebody tell me what the biggest saws of all time are. I know that stihl makes an 088 mag and so on but did they make any that are rare and really powerful?? like 130cc+
Thanks

lots of weird homemade contraptions but as far as production saws,

the Disston DA 211 at 180cc is the largest one man saw.

And others like the McCulloch 7-55 and 99 are 161cc.

Also the IEL pioneer twins are 160cc one man saws.

these are all one or two man chainsaws.

If some nancy boy tells you they are for two men only tell him
to stop watchings soaps and eating bon bons all day.

Another large motor is the Titan twins @ 293cc 17 cubes.

Sawbones you got so much cool stuff...what you need to do though is go get a bunch of pictures from that guy you know who has the 10 cube 090 and share them. (I think it was Wayne's collection?)

I keep waiting for Yooper to mention "Big Gus", the bonified world record functioning chainsaw according to Ripleys. Yoop would have posted a pic as he is a UP technocrat, and I am just a compooter dunce.

Anyway all you have to do to see Big Gus is to Google "Da Yoopers Tourist Trap". You will find the picher of Big Gus there. Ya, you becha me boyga, Eh.
