Figure a decent sturdy grapple is close to 1000lbs.... I have the rear tires filled on my S250 and have tipped it over a couple times moving logs. It's rated to 2500lbs/tipping at 5000ish.

362 bobcat is rated at 1000lbs lift with 2100 tipping point. You should have no problem lifting singe logs with it. Machine only weighs 3900 lbs so trailering should be no problem.

I used a tracked Mustang to move a trailer of large logs from where they dropped them off to the back portion of my property where I cut, it was a very useful machine for the job. I have been thinking about a compact track loader over a tractor and I am still undecided.
