I have a guy trying to sell me 3 saws. One is a husqvarna 55 rancher. The other 2 are 2100cd. Rancher runs.. one 2100 runs and the other is parts. I'm out of town, so the wife has to do the dealing. What see they worth?

Well for starters they aren't just regular 2100cd saws. The complete one is a 2100xp. Notice the rubber av mount on the front. It is very likely the hotrod with thin rings.
I take that back....after a second peek I can see the complete one looks like it is a 285cd without the manual oiler. It doesn't have the 2100 handle so it is either a 2100 with a 285 handle or it's a 285 with the wrong side cover.

If you get them and for some reason decide you don't want one or both of the 2100's... Shoot me a message, I've been looking for big CC project for a while now.

I don't know for sure. I bought them sight unseen. I'll see how well my wife did when I get back to kentucky

Well you didn't buy 2 2100's that's for sure. Was never around the 285's all that much so can't remember if they had the front mount or not. If the one saw is 298, you at least got two 6cube saws

Ok. Like I said I bought them without seeing them. It says 2100cd on the tag. Could it have been altered?

They are sitting on the shelf in the garage. I sold the 55 rancher. The one saw is obviously parts. The other I ran for about 5 minutes. Next time I pulled it over, the recoil messed up and it's been on the shelf ever since.
