1) I get the bank the money I should be paying you for a LONG time
2) The chance of you being physically able to carry out your duties in 10 years time is alot lower than you would think in this industry.
3) Great chance of there being a falling our of some sort before then, or I might see the need to get creative to fire your butt in 9 years and 364 days.
4) Even if you are around in 10 years you might only be able to work another few years
5) If company goes bust, gets sold, or he moves on or something simular, your stuffed
6) 100,000 in ten years isnt going to be worth as much as it sounds now, in all likelyhood, heck it could be below the going rate by then depending on what your doing. Wont take much of a jump in inflation to seriously ruin your future earnings.
