I prefer single cut, I just use Marvel Mystery Oil in the bit and don't have any loading issues.

+1. I use double cut burrs on steel, like to mod a muffler, and single cut on aluminum. They cut plenty fast and leave a much smoother finish.

Well i've only ground on one cylinder with a dremmel and i think you don't need sets like these. I'd rather have a quality longer burr instead of 8 short ones. And a bigger ball type to bevel the edges. (i used a stone type with bigger dia). And some quality disc cutters, and only after and if you have a 90 degree dental tool these small bits to get into side transfers and such.

I could br wrong tho, lets see what the guys in the game have to say about it.

Looks like a good setup for the noob porter? Could get setup for under a hundred bucks with way more power than my Dremel.

i bought 2 Foredom and a Grobet (rebadged Foredom) on Feebay. Foredoms were used IIRC around $70 ea. Grobet was new $110. Had no problems w/either used one. Been using them for years. Do have a used Dremel been using it for 8 yrs. on third set of brushes. Be patient on Feebay get a Foredom you won't be sory.
