From the pictures, it is not clear that the tree, if it fractured along existing fault lines, would even hit the house. I'm assuming this is at least partially a matter of perspective being lost in the photograph, but how much of the tree would hit the house if it broke? Not if it heaved over, root plate and all, but if it broke at the existing fault lines.
 
That is a good question. It does appear to me (a total novice) that the tree would likely break along that fault, which contains the largest section of the tree which definitely leans towards the house. I am not sure how much of the tree would land on the house but I would guess a 15-30 foot section.
