Tree ID assistance

This tree fell down in my dad's back yard. It is an Oak of some type, I'm just not sure which one. Any help would be appreciated.View attachment 330573
The bark on the upper branches is almost black. My thoughts initially were a black, but now I am thinking a red oak.
When it gets above 0, I am going to get some firewood and maybe try and get some milled.

I would say pin oak. That pic with the snow falling is rather unique, too bad I'm getting sick of snow.

White oak I believe with a healthy amount of Poison Ivy.

Not white oak, possibly pin oak but doesn't have the branch structure typical of pin oak. Can you get us a close up of the leaf?

Leaves look like a red. Pointy lobes on red, rounded lobes on white. Not sure about pin.

pin has a thin leaf like that but way more branches going up

Here is a pic of pin oak leaves, very similar to red oak.
