Replacing the carb on my dads horse tiller. From what i can tell its about a 1982 model horse II. While working on it i noticed that the tube that runs back to the tines can turn a little bit meaning if i grab the tines ( tines cover is off) i can rotate that whole unit. It rotates right where it leaves the transmission. This normal? Also replacement tines, are they universal across the older horse line of tillers? Someone have a part number? The serial is 633968. Thanks!
