Weedeater Blower

Well its my day off and last night I pulled something in my foot really good so I was in the gararge and thought I would clean the weedeater string trimmer and by the time I was done I drilled two 1/4 inch holes in the muffler and readjusted the carb then I saw the 25cc 2004 weedeater BV2000 200MPH blower sitting there doing nothing so I started to check it out before I got drilling and I cant find any carb adjustments on it,it says US EPA PH2 on it.Does any one know if this thing can be adjusted?

if you can't see any adjustment screws then it can't be, sometimes they will cover them up with a plastic caps.
