I live in Ingersoll Twp., no this wasn't me or my neighbors. Local radio reported he was trimming an apple tree and the wife was unhappy with a limb(s) he cut off the tree. Supposedly, she she came unglued and he retaliated by turning on her with the saw, of which the brand/model was not mentioned.
