what is it?

What does this go to? It looks like a Mall but I can not confirm it. Does any one recognize it? It has a 3/4" pitch spur sprocket and the coolest thing is that the gear box stilol works.

I am far from an expert but I believe that is a gear box off a Disston DA-211 2 man saw. I have a good selection of the Mall, Mac, and Disston 2 mans and I believe that goes with the Disston 211

Yep, Bill G is right, its a gearbox for a DA211.
