I'm certainly no Stihl expert, but I believe 1122 is 066/660.

No, it has a metal flywheel as the nut thread is M8. So, it is for 064 or early 066.
And it has a 16mm OD for the piston pin bearing which is supposed to be 12x17x13 (9512 003 3281) for either 064 or 066 or even MS660. 12x17x13 means 12mm ID, 17mm OD, and 13mm width.

I still don't know what it is for as it needs a piston pin bearing with 16mm OD but none of the 064/066/MS660 uses that. They use 17mm.
Also the flywheel side bearing should have a 17mm ID but this crankshaft takes 15mm.
