Holed up in the shop yestday waiting for the snow to end before going plowing.
worked on some old saws that been sitting forever.
got a couple going too !
this old sears U4G still had some sort of semi-liquid gunk in the tank and no spark.
cleaned the points and got spark.
had a hard time finding the fuel line thru all the years of built up dirt,un-hooked it so as not to suck in any of that old crap in the tank.. only place i have to clean is outside and NOT going to do that during a snow storm ! tagged it and it can wait for a decent day out to get cleaned up.
some mix in the carb and a few pulls and it fired up..
prob should have put the choke and throttle lock on and wouldnt have taken so many pulls
On the deck with the front door wide open letting all the heat out !
