I have a "Homelite XL-12" I was keeping for parts (has low compression) but I'm going to fit new rings, see if it goes again.
Ive just finished painting a "PM 271" , starting to assemble it now.

Nice paint job.

On my bench waiting on me to get some more parts saws, 028fb, 056MagII 031 and soon to be on 048 waiting on parts before I tear it down.

Nice work!

I have a JRed 630 with a burned up electronic controller. I have the replacement parts, just no time to work on it... Maybe this weekend...

(Sorry not pics at this time.)

nice paint on the pm!

got an echo 3400 top handle saw waiting on a carb kit.

then theres the echo 610evl/john deere 66sv hybrid, still awaiting twin p/c after a year or so.

Must be Husky week. 272, 268, "365" :), and the start of what might be a fun 266se/xp/66 hybird project. Other bench has an 038 MAG with a squeak coming out of the bottom end that I can't trace. Probably crank bearing.

In the wings are some yellow ones. A 4600 mac that I cleaned up, and is just awaiting fuel lines. And a PILE of Mini parts from HomeliteMan that should net one running mini, and some spares pieces. Probably dive back into the 550 also.

A really sweet 036 Pro that I got for $100 is on my bench right now. Was a basket case and after getting it back together a bit it looks like a bad crank seal on the flywheel side. Oh but it's going to be a really nice one when it's all done, cylinder cleaned up awesome, new meteor piston, and a new 25" ES bar.... :biggrinbounce2:

One of these days I'll have to quit putting saws together out of parts for work saws, and try painting one. I sure like the threads with nice looking old saws.

The PM is looking real nice gmax. My bench has only a few saws waiting for parts now, a Husqvarna 359, Stihl 041, Jonsered 670 Super and a Stihl 026, also one Stihl clearing saw. No vintage stuff currently but close to 50 of them waiting their turn.

Wirespool

My chainsaw workbench is a large wirespool. It works pretty good to sharpen chains and general repair work on saws and other small machines.
Anything larger, I work on them where they are.

Only 50 :)

Not big projects, but projects none the less:

Jonsered 630V - replacing the seals, and muffler
Jonsereds 52 - carb rebuild, gas tank flush
Jonsereds 621 - carb issues

Stihl 024. Finally got all my parts! This one needs the works. Piston, Cyl, carb kit, pulse and fuel lines, intake boot and air filter. Got it with a badly scored p&c, while i have it torn down im replacing everything. This is my first p&c too!!
