Whats this Husqvarna worth

Found this saw and box for sale locally.
Owner says its a 359.

Does it look like it?
What would it be worth if it is 359? In Canadian dollars?

I will not be able to see the saw until the weekend if its still available then.

359 are good firewood saws. You can get a good idea of what they sell for by searching in the trading post here. It looks like it could be a 359 but it's too had to tell IMO. $300 might be a fair price if everything checks out with it.

I'd buy that 2159 for $375 before that stock 359 for $300. The benefit of the 2159 is it has the better cylinder (2156 or 357xp). It has the gasket deleted to numb compression and it has a bitchin muffler mod.

I have a brand new 562xp and a Stihl ms260.

I dont really need it so i would only buy if a really cheap deal.

If you already habe a 562 the 359 will forever live in its shadow unless you get it ported. I've seen them sell fairly cheap. Lots of people don't know exactly what they have.
