To the OP.....A 394 might work out good for you. They can be had cheap, do anything you need it to do. Might as well hop a ways up from the 365. I like mine so much that it doesn't even get to go to work....I'll beat on the 660.

To the OP i work for a small tree company like you say you are starting we have 2 372s a 390 that brad built and a 395 from the other team an 044 046 ms650 066 ms 880 and i can tell you the saw that myself and the crew reach for most is the 390 then the 660 or 372. but if you are just starting i would go with whatever you can get the best deal on as all of the saws listed are GREAT SAW that will fill your needs 100%

Thanks a lot for advice everyone.
Most of you speak PORTED, I dont have any expierence to build saw like that, of course I wouldnt mind....
Speaking in STOCK language, I think I will go for 395xp, that will be a very good investment, I can always upgrade my Jonny 2165 to something meaner!
I dont have much expierence with Stihl, I got MS200T as my climbing saw and it is great. What about MS660 compared with 395xp?
Is there any guy who does port saws for others, like members of this forum as I got 254xp I would like to go for and step into PORTED world

The 395 is the smoothest big saw out there. A dolmar 9010 is close but they're hard to find. For just power stock I would take a 395 over a 660. You can get the xpw topend for the 2165 and bring it up to 74 cc.

I dont know anything about Dolmar saws at all. In this side of planet is very popular anything to do with made in Germany- cars, tractors, saws, etc and Husqvarna. I trust in Husky great saws what revs high!
Where can I get xpw topend for my 2165?

Your local dealer or check with some of the site sponsors over here. Depending on what it costs over there it may be cheaper to buy here and have it shipped over to you.

Well I found one on Ebay, OEM $300 included postage to UK, from Randys enegine repair.
Is that good price?
