Well...........I do blip on occasion.

This is the 346 Randy built for me.
Off the roll RS chain in 10 or 12" dry as a bone white pine.
Saw is on its 2nd tank here.
There might be some blipping in here......

I did. I had to dial it back to around 11500 to 12k rpm. And closed my dual port up a little, couldn't get enough gas to it. Obviously it still has the rev limit defeated and running faster than stock. I know you went farther and changed things I didn't, like going to the 088 Boot. Knowing you, yours is probably pulling 15k by now with some massive port job.
