Looking to replace my piston in my 371 and found Wiseco made forged pistons for them. Was wondering if anyone has used them or what you think of them. The kit comes with Japanese rings. Thanks for any input.

Used them in motorcycles with success. Never used 'em in a saw however.

I've used them in my four wheeler with good results. I do know that a few guys have had trouble with multi-cylinder snowmobiles in the past. I think that the issues they where having stemed from not letting the engine warm up enough with a forged piston and cold seizing them. Again not sure with the saw but the ORV pistons ran less piston to cylinder clearance with the forged piston.
