Woods Port A Husky 55?????????????????

Hi all,Just wanted to ask if anyone woods ports Husky 55s and what would the extra power come out to be?Im looking for a husky with at least 4 H.P. and weight should be 11 Lbs. or less. Any help would be appreciated.
