Redmax G5300 bar size

I recently acquired this saw and I’m wondering what size bar I should put on it. It makes about 3.3 hp and it’s 53cc. It came with a worn out 20” bar, I’m thinking as most saws come kinda oversized a 18” would be best to make the most of the power it has to offer. Also is this considered a pro saw or was it more like a farm boss type saw? Also does anyone know what the equivalent husky would be? I ask because it would help when trying to find parts to fit this saw as most places don’t list red max specifically.

Same saw as a Husqvarna 353, which Husky recommends an 18" for so I'd say you're on the right track there. Also yes, a pro-grade (non clamshell) saw.
