Placed a wire in there a little smaller than screw. Made sure it went thru the other side of tab too. Then used a drill/n/bit little bigger than wire but smaller than screw. Than ran screw into it.

Meant to say put wire through there and then packed the epoxy into area around wire. Put a light coat of oil on wire so i could twist it out easy when it dried. Then used the drill to open it up enough for the screw.
