Would you run this chain?

I have been having issues with chain tension. Seems like after 3-4 cuts its out of the rail again. It seems to be getting oil I just hate how I can't really tell like my husqvarnas where. The oil on this saw is so light unless you pull up the drivers I can't tell if it's oiling. I just bought a semi new 28" b&c so this setup is either getting thrown in the parts bin or scrap bin. I may use the chain to practice sharpening as I still haven't got it to cut how I've wanted. I've been close but it doesn't last very long in mahogany or oak. Pine it's great. Locust is iffy.

That's pretty neat. What contributes to tie strap wear. Aside from drive sprocket wear?
