Isn't that slick. My neighbor is going to build a splitter using that same wedge design, only sized to split 8x8 using his dozer for the hydraulics. He figures it will split 48"rounds. Obviously its only for the big stuff. When he builds it I'll post pics.

I would try another set of cutter on top of the first row for less time pushing log back and forth if the hyd will handle it?
