When you did the vacuum test was that just to the cylinder or though the carb and boot. Steve

Hey
I have an old carb that I have removed both butterfly’s from. I slip the vacuum hose through it and have a rubber sheet that the hose connects to which seals onto the manifold. Then I put the carb on and screw that down. That holds the rubber sheet firm. Hopefully that makes sense?
I have pressure and vacuum tested the carb though!

Tuning a carb i just seat all needles turn idle screw out 4 turns high and low 2 1/2 turns then work from there
