Ok, gotcha.

Lot's of guys that do good port work for money on here.

My two favourite port guys are Mastermind (Randy) and blsnelling (Brad). I give them a plug because they share exactly what they do and help guys that like to do things themselves for fun.

Randy does his own machine work and that is what you need if you want the fastest saws around. Brad has a great recipe for porting the 261. Both are real gentlemen. There are tons of other guys that do porting as well so look around if you want.

Now, you have so many saws you probably can't even use them all enough yourself to even break them in in a timely fashion. So, I would say you should pick one or two to be built as balls to the wall fun saws.

Thank you!!

Mastermind, blsnelling, stumpy, tlandrum, treemonkey, and treeslingr are all sponsors on here. They all do good work.

I'm sorry if i came off wrong due to frustration in getting in contact with someone. I am not at all a "deep pockets guy". I just can afford what I want to do and i am all to familiar with dealing with customers that would love to purchase items that they cannot. This is very frustrating in my line of work.

If I delivered all the cars that we "sold" I would then be retired. :)

You'll have no problems finding people to port your saws for you here. Most of the good ones have been named. Ported saws will have you addicted in no time. Pure fun to run, even when you're working. :D

The 441CM is said to respond to porting really well. The 460 also does. So does the 562xp and the 372xp, and 395xp. Heck, they all respond well really. Those are just the ones I'd do first if it were me. I have a ported 372xpw done by Randy (mastermind) and that thing is just awesome.

Thank you!!

no problem.

This site can be rough on new guys. Most of us are snarky dinks. I think I like it here because there are lot's of sob's just liek me ;) Just keep on being straight up and everything will be fine. You want saws ported and you want them to be fast. Got it. Not a problem. There are actually lots of guys on here that love to run hopped up saws for fun.

Pick a saw builder and send one saw and see how you like it then go from there. Start searching and look at the work they have done on youtube vids. You will not go wrong with the two names I already gave you.

Ford jokes are so easy it's not even sporting so I'll leave you alone on that.

Randy (mastermind) has done a 261 and 441 both had amazing gains and are pure bad Ass to run. He has my 395xp right now. I would say you would be fine sending it to any of the aboved mentioned builders. And ported saws are very addictive.

MS261,MS441CM,MS460,MS660,MS880,550XP,562XP,576XP,395XP.

I'll match up the names and numbers based on work I've admired from all these guys over the years.

I would send the 562 and 550 to Mastermind. He is awesome with these new Husky's

I would send the 880 to Jasha (Treeslingr). He knows how to make one into a useable saw, not just a slow grunt machine. There is a vid of one he did on youtube that still makes me grin just watching it

Terry tlandrum builds a snotty 460.

Brad blsnelling is great at the 261 and 441.

I know I left out a few saws, and a few builders. You could swap those names and saws around any number of ways and get great results. I'm just picking through my memory who has built really great versions of which models.

Some are easier than others to build because the model has been around longer and the builders have done so darn many of them to really nail it down. 460 and 660 fall into that category. Very popular saws that have been ported many times and you could send one to any porter. The new strato stuff, I'd stick with a guy that has shown known good results here.

Sir your original post was as subtle as a B-52 on take off.On this site everyone jokes about saws in one manner or another however, one thing is paramount on this site.Guess?? Safety!!A fast cutting saw will injure you in less than a blink of an eye.If I may advise you to take say the 261 and go out and cut some wood with it.Just get to know the limitations of the saw and yourself.Have you ever felled a tree and been stung buy angry bees about 6-9 times?Stuff like this happens. How about reading "Chainsaw Savvy" buy Niel Soderstrom.Every trick to felling and cutting with a saw.I understand your desire to cut fast but learning to cut safely is more important. Sort of like the hair and the turtle. With your financial resources available do you have and use safety gear?Anyway, enjoy the site and be safe. How about using a file or a grinder?Nothing will slow you down like a an improperly sharpened chain. Ken

Do you drive an Ecoboost F150?

I should of added that I worked for Asplundh for a time out of high school. I do have saw experience. I drive whatever I feel like taking home for the night so long as it is a Ford:), perks of the job. My personal vehicle is a F-450 my wife and I have 4 horses.
