Well! To those giving constructive, useful comment thanks again! For the rest of you, I've got a couple of contractors coming out to give me quotes for removal; I'll ask them to leave me one twenty foot section because I know just the place to shove it! :)

Service = Removal, yup. :chainsaw:

When my truck needs servicing, i prefer a shop that will allow me to retain it.
I work for a "service" we trim just as much as we remove 95% of removals are dead trees (ash/elm mainly) the other 5 percent are the people that hate leaves or needles.... if they want it gone they are gonna get it gone and I'd rather be the one doing it!

gotta love folks who want you licensed,bonded,insured,equipped,experienced, and have all the permits to cut their trees down for free or a couple hundred bucks.
