Is this like a swap meet?

Can be if you want it to be. And usually more than one person has something for sale or trade.
But a GTG is more or less a bunch a saw enthusiast getting together to cut wood, share stories, eat some grub and meet the faces that go with the names here

Crap! 20 minutes away and I have a roof to do that weekend. I guess I could hope for rain but that wouldn't be good for the GTG either.

3 hours each way for me. Stretching it some..I gotta check the tournament schedules for the boys. I wanna do one at least this year and not tick the wife off too much....so it's a maybe so far.
On the fence so far.

Now I heard mention of an airplane.....that changes everything.

Cool I could bring home a slab for my table project. I got 1 3/4" bolts that are 21" long that I want to use for legs on a beefy slab.
