the storm is here on the east coast, hope it moves through fast, i cut today with the 8500, by myself which i do not like to do since the logs are bigger then me, had to split on site and cut stump down to ground. Noodled it as well just because.
No pictures because taptalk is not working for me still.
Have you cut with the p51 yet?

The 5200 is indeed 85 cc and a healthy one is a real treat to run. I believe the bar mount for the 5200 is D176 just like the McCulloch 10 Series.

Thought I still had the photos from last week on my phone but I must have deleted them, the saws I picked up included a Micro 25, Craftsman 2.0, 3400 that needs serious piston/cylinder attention (very low compression), and a PP365 that seems to have great compression. I think the PP will be the next project up on the bench.

Good lord, we have created a monster...

Here are two of the 3400 series NOS built oil pumps I have done. Need a few parts to complete more.

The PP365 seems to have a healthy set of lungs. Good spark as well so two down right away.

Are the pawls in the starter supposed to look like this?

How about this clutch?

The front anti-vibe mount is completely broken, I will have a closer look when I get is cleaned up to see if I can MacGyver something. Fuel and impulse lines are toast as well but that is easy enough to resolve.

Lastly, where can I find a new intake boot? The one on the saw looks highly suspect with some cracks evident.

Thanks!

Mark
