I'm pretty sure you didn't use enough JB Weld. I think there is some more in a HS body laying around you could use! :ices_rofl:

so im gonna look at this one tommorow guy says no run in a year???still worth 2 bucks? this pic is all i seen so far he says its an 18 inch LOL i got that from the pic what ya all think? seems low enuff?
 
Was that from tightening the bar cover down without the adjuster pin being through the hole in the bar???

Was putting my S25CVA together yesterday to use, and this was exactly what happened to my adjuster screw, and, two parts saws as well.
Looks like it takes a #8-32 screw about 2" long.

I've got one and I wouldn't sell it for less than $50.00.
Mine is a 3.1, most are 3.7.
That is a Roper, not a Poulan tho'.

My Poulan family (or most of it....)

I decided to pull out my Poulan saws today for a group picture. Two did not make it, the 3400 I have torn down for a rebuild and a 361 that is in pieces. Starting from the top and moving left to right:

Row 1: 405 bow, 3300, 3400, 3400, 4000, 3400 bow
Row 2: 245SA, 306A, 361, 361, 295 Pro
Row 3: 2150, 2075, Micro XXV, Micro XXV, 236 Pro
Front: 2000, 2300CVA

Good looking crowd! Need to find a couple of large ones to add to the family.
