Good old style proper saw shop dealers are a dying breed at near extinction. What really pizzez me off with Stihl products is most of the time you must go through a dealer and roll the dice with some salesman who's knows next to nothing about their product range near always less than the person wanting to purchase. Always go armed with part no's, take a few deep calming breaths before entering the store and keep nicely explaining your needs untill they get it. Don't except the '20" bar trick' and gently explain the bolging pocket full of cash won't enter the register until we have what we want in our hand. No running off out the back with your new saw for the 20 second WOT cold start tack tune that always raises the blood pressure. Everything is to be NIB and that's how it will leave the store.
